Benjamin W. Decker is an internationally respected meditation teacher, author, and humanitarian known for uniting ancient wisdom with modern practice. A lifelong student of comparative religion, he has taught and lectured at institutions including the United Nations, Theosophical Society, Omega Institute, and The World Parliament of Religions.

As Center Director at Rythmia Life Advancement Center in Costa Rica, Benjamin guides thousands of seekers each year through programs blending meditation, yoga, breathwork, herbal support therapy, and holistic integration.
